Licensed HVAC Supervisor

Description

License Holder Needed for Residential HVAC Compliance

I am an owner-operator transitioning an established Denver LLC into a multi-tech operation. As I step out of the field to focus entirely on scaling and management, I am adding full residential AC and furnace replacements to our service menu.

We have EPA-certified field technicians ready to handle 100% of the physical changeouts, tool-swinging, and customer service. I need a Licensed Supervisor to serve as our qualifier on paper to route residential municipal permits, when needed, and to operate with home warranty companies. These have become a huge lead generator for us and a licensed supervisor is needed.

What We Need:

  • Denver Heating & Ventilating Class B Supervisor Certificate (Active).
  • Note: An HVAC Class A or Class B, an ICC National Mechanical Certificate is a huge bonus!
  • Clean licensing record with Denver CPD and willingness to link via the e-permits portal.
The Position & Protection:
  • Guaranteed Cash Income: Flat monthly baseline retainer plus bonus for every residential replacement permit that is pulled.
  • Zero Daily Field Labor: Our hired field technicians handle all physical work.
  • No Financial Risk: You are a 1099 consultant. You carry absolutely zero liability for company expenses, debts, or operational losses.
  • Total Professional Freedom: Non-exclusive advisory role. Maintain your own full-time job or independent side work.
  • 100% Insured: Fully backed by comprehensive Commercial General Liability and Workers' Comp.
