CONCRETE BATCH PLANT ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY & SERVICE

We are looking for an apprentice electrician with 5 or more years experience to round out our team for various ongoing and upcoming projects throughout the greater DFW area. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in electrical wiring, power distribution, motor controls and control circuitry in medium to high voltage environment .

Duties:

• Assist in the installation and repair of electrical systems and components in medium to high voltage environments.
• Run conduit/wire, terminate using power and hand tools effectively to complete tasks
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Current/in good standing TDLR journeyman's license a MUST
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid TX driver's license, and clean driving record. Daily travel to various job sites in the DFW area is required.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and work independently and as part of a team in time sensitive situations. Bilingual a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems. Motor controls and water pumping systems knowledge a plus
• Must have your own hand tools. Experience with power tools required. Ability to operate a boom/man-lift and fusion machine a plus (certified training available at our expense)
• Appropriate outdoor clothes/boots, gloves required. PPE provided
• Must not have any impediment relating to heights
• Ability to work on uneven terrain and adapt to varying conditions. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing, or climbing for extended periods needed
