Local Commercial Mechanical Contractor seeking Commercial Licensed Apprentice Plumber

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and maintaining plumbing systems.
• Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems.
• Assist in diagnosing plumbing problems and proposing solutions.
• Perform plumbing repairs under the guidance of the Plumber.
• Carry out administrative tasks as required.
• Adhere to safety standards and building codes.
• Learn to use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid active TDLR (License)
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must pass a background check
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and principles.
• Ability to use basic plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
