Licensed Electrical Journeyman / Project Foreman – Commercial Electrical Contractor

The CRESS Company is growing and hiring experienced Licensed Electrical Journeymen for the Project Foreman role.

CRESS is a commercial electrical contractor specializing in commercial services, tenant improvements, and fast-paced electrical projects. Our team is built around reliable work, proactive onsite leadership, strong project management, and delivering projects on time while maintaining client satisfaction.

We are looking for a working foreman who can lead crews in the field, coordinate daily jobsite activity, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep projects moving.

Position:

Project Foreman / Licensed Electrical Journeyman Preferred

Responsibilities:

-Lead electrical crews on commercial and tenant improvement projects
-Read and interpret plans, specs, and electrical drawings
-Coordinate daily field work with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
-Install, troubleshoot, and oversee commercial electrical systems
-Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and productivity
-Track labor, materials, progress, and field conditions
-Mentor apprentices and help develop field team members
-Ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and on schedule

Requirements:

-Licensed Electrical Journeyman Preferred
-Commercial electrical experience required
-Prior foreman or lead electrician experience preferred
-Ability to run crews and communicate clearly with office and field teams
-Strong knowledge of NEC and safe electrical work practices
-Ability to read blueprints and manage work from layout through completion
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Must be dependable, professional, and career-minded
