My name's Greg. I'm a Virginia Master Electrician. I've spent most of my life at the intersection of electrical and technology. For 13 years in the Richmond area I built a software company from 6 people through an acquisition. Now I'm building GridLogic Electric - a Class A electrical contracting company based in Midlothian focused on where the trade is going: smart panels, EV charging, energy management, battery storage. Not just where it's been.

I'm looking for my first hire. Not a body. The right person.

What that means:

You're not employee #47 at a shop where the owner moved to the beach and nobody answers when you call the office. You're the guy who helps me set the standard - the work quality, the communication, the culture. As GridLogic grows, you grow with it. First hire becomes lead electrician. Lead electrician becomes the person who runs crews. That's the path if you want it.

The work right now:

Residential service (panels, disconnects, circuits, upgrades), new construction for a GC with a steady pipeline, smart panel installs (SPAN Authorized), EV chargers, backed by commercial/developer work with strong developer relationships in the area. Pipeline is real and growing - not hypothetical.

What I'm looking for:

• Journeyman or Master license (or close - strong apprentice ready to test, I'll talk to you too)
• You show up, you communicate, you follow plans
• You have your own hand tools
• Clean driving record (I have to insure you)
• You can pass a background check
• You're not just looking for a paycheck - you're looking for the right situation. Compensation will be fair, and long-term this will be the most lucrative position you've held
