Licensed Electrician Needed – GC Seeking electr Inspection & Sign-Off

GC looking for a licensed electrician for ongoing after-the-fact residential permit work in Pasco and Pinellas County.

Most of the work has already been completed by the home owners before my involvement. I am specifically looking for someone straightforward who can inspect existing work, identify any legitimate corrections if needed, and sign onto the permit where appropriate.

This is not a sales opportunity. I am not looking for someone to upsell services or create additional work where it is not needed. I am looking for someone practical, honest, efficient, and comfortable working with existing residential installations.

Typical scope includes:

inspection of completed electrical work

identifying necessary corrections for code compliance only

permit sign-off where appropriate

follow-up visit if required

Pay:

$350 for inspection and sign-off

additional $200 if a follow-up visit is needed
