I’m looking for an experienced licensed General Contractor interested in partnering with me to build and grow a business in the Phoenix market.

This is not a typical construction job. I’m looking for a potential business partner.

I have 20+ years of sales and business development experience and have built businesses before. I’m developing the sales, marketing, lead-generation, and customer acquisition side of the company. I’m looking for the right person who brings the construction experience, technical knowledge, project management capabilities, and appropriate Arizona contractor licensing/qualifications.

Think about the projects you manage and the customers you take care of every day. You help create the revenue and build the reputation, but ultimately you're building someone else's company.

What if we built it for ourselves?

I bring operations, sales, marketing, lead generation, systems, and business development.

You bring the construction knowledge, estimating/project experience, subcontractor relationships, and licensing/qualifications.

Together, we build the company.

I’m looking for someone who is experienced, trustworthy, good with customers, and has an entrepreneurial mindset. Most importantly, I want someone who is serious about building a successful business and creating something for the future.
