Licensed General Contractor Wanted — Small Wellness Office Build-Out

Licensed and insured general contractor wanted for a straightforward interior build-out of an approximately 640-square-foot acupuncture and wellness office in the Larkspur/Central Marin area.

Anticipated project start is beg/mid-September, subject to finalizing the commercial lease. We are looking for a clean, practical, professional build-out—not a high-end remodel.

Proposed Project Scope:
-Framing & Drywall: Construct approximately 42 linear feet of partial-height, non-load-bearing partition walls (approximately 7–8 feet high) to create two private treatment rooms and a small reception area. Includes framing, drywall, taping, texture, and paint.
-Doors: Install two interior doors, preferably solid-core for sound privacy.
-Electrical: Relocate one existing light switch approximately 6 inches to accommodate the new wall layout. Install dimmer switches where appropriate.
-Bathroom: Replace the existing bathroom vanity, mirror, and towel bars. No plumbing relocation anticipated.
