Licensed HVAC Contractor (TACL Class A or B) – $40/Hour + Bonus + Com

New HVAC company in San Antonio is looking for a licensed HVAC contractor to help build it from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

Active Texas TDLR Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License (TACL Class A or B). This is required.
EPA Section 608 Certification
Solid experience in residential and/or light commercial service, repair, and installation
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot with confidence
Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
Professional, honest, and good with customers

What You'll Do

Serve as the company's TDLR license holder of record

Perform and oversee HVAC service, maintenance, repair, and installs
Help shape how the company runs as we grow
Mentor and supervise technicians as the team expands

What We Offer

$40/hour (about $83,000/year at 40 hours per week)
Time-and-a-half overtime over 40 hours
