Stellar Home Maintenance is looking for licensed HVAC technicians in the Raleigh/Durham area for residential rental property service and repairs. Work is consistent, jobs are ready to go, and we handle scheduling, pricing, and invoicing so you can focus on the work.

You’ll be completing service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and system replacements across professionally managed rental properties. This is steady, ongoing work with jobs scoped and priced upfront and no need to find your own customers.

You must have an active HVAC license, a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and be able to pass a background check.

Pay is per job based on scope and is issued via direct deposit on NET7 or NET30 terms.
