Licensed Journeyman Electrician — Multifamily / Mixed Use — $30-50/hr

Ground-up multifamily and mixed use work in the Houston area. Full time, steady schedule, and a real project pipeline behind it.

The work:

Rough-in through trim on apartment and mixed use builds. Panels, feeders, branch circuits, gear sets, and code-compliant installs from an empty slab to final inspection. You'll be running your own tasks and, depending on where you're at, leading a couple of helpers.

You need to have:

-Active Texas Journeyman license (this one is not negotiable)
-Solid NEC working knowledge — not just memorized, applied
-Multifamily or mixed use experience preferred
-Own hand tools and reliable transportation
-Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement

Pay is $30-50/hr depending on license history, experience, and what you can actually run in the field.
