Licensed Master Plumber – Residential Service – Full-Time W-2

We are hiring a licensed Master Plumber for a full-time W-2 field position serving the Atlanta metro area.

We need a hands-on residential plumber who can personally diagnose problems, complete repairs, supervise permitted plumbing work when required, and help build our residential plumbing operation.

This is not an office-only management or project-management position. The right person should be comfortable performing fieldwork every day.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing problems
• Repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, supply lines, drains, and sewer components
• Pull or oversee permits and inspections when required
• Review field conditions and develop repair solutions
• Maintain code compliance and workmanship standards
• Document work and communicate with the office

Requirements:

• Active Georgia Master Plumber license
• At least 5 years of residential plumbing field experience
• Strong service, repair, and diagnostic experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Must be seeking full-time employment—not subcontract work

Compensation:

• $80,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on experience and responsibilities
• Full-time W-2 employment
• Company vehicle and fuel
