Licensed Painter Wanted – Subcontractor / Part-Time | Orange County
Compensation: By Contract — NOT by square footage
Riot Renovation is looking for an experienced, licensed painting subcontractor in Orange County, CA. We work on high-end residential and commercial projects including specialty finishes. We may also consider a part-time employment arrangement for the right candidate.
SCOPE:
Interior & exterior painting, cabinet painting & staining, light carpentry, and specialty finishes (clay plaster, microcement, limewash).
REQUIREMENTS:
Active C-33 License (CA) — minimum 1 year
5+ years of professional painting experience
Valid driver's license
$2M liability insurance minimum
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Per-contract | Daily rate | Minimum crew of two per job
Orange County area
