Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Pesticide Applicator – Mosquito & Tick Division Lead, where you will play a vital role in protecting communities from vector-borne pests through expert pesticide application and integrated pest management strategies.

We are the tri state’s #1 nuisance pest trapping company and are expanding our service offering into tick and mosquito control.
You will set your own schedule and do jobs as they come in. This is an opportunity to come in on the ground floor of a new division and be an integral part of large growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate mosquito and tick control operations, ensuring precise pesticide application in outdoor environments.

Conduct thorough inspections of treatment sites, utilizing ladders and power tools to access hard-to-reach areas safely.

Handle chemical agents with strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper storage, mixing, and disposal procedures.

Operate company vehicles and farm machinery responsibly to transport equipment and personnel to various job sites.

Implement integrated pest management techniques to optimize pest control effectiveness while minimizing environmental impact.

Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, chemical inventories, and safety compliance documentation for regulatory purposes.

Engage with customers professionally to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Skills:

MUST HOLD OHIO AND/OR KY APPLICATOR LICENSE

Proven experience in pest control, pesticide management, or related outdoor work such as lawn care, farming, or landscaping.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools, farm machinery, and ladder equipment safely.

Knowledge of pesticide application techniques, chemical agent handling, respiratory protection equipment use, and safety protocols.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.

Familiarity with integrated pest management principles to develop effective pest control solutions.

Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to driving regulations and safety standards.

Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency.
