Licensed Plumber

Description

Would like to hire a licensed, experienced plumber to do the following:

  • Add a drain and water lines to a back bedroom currently without water or drain
  • Drain that we are aware of is approximately 11' to (north of) the drain we can attach to
  • As there is not enough slope, we would have to add a sewage ejector pump in the floor of the adjoining closet
  • Then run the line across the 8' closet and across the 5' wide bathroom to attach to the existing drain
  • The toilet drain may have enough slope, which would be only about 10'
  • The main wall of plumbing in that existing bath is in a hallway so we could just open up the drywall for you to get to existing plumbing
  • If it helps, there is a cleanout not attached to that existing bath approx 4' from that plumbing wall
  • I am assuming we would have to trench out the closet/existing bathroom. Don't know.
  • The vent can go straight up just inside the toilet area or just outside the wall as above is a tall wall and deck we can run it through.
* We would also like to add water lines and extend drain to the left or East of the existing bathroom approx 3' from plumbing to
Create a little kitchenette in the master bedroom

We can hire out the trenching if you like and also the drywalling.
