Licensed Plumber Needed — Rehab Plumbing Takeover / Permit / Inspection

Local investor/GC looking for a licensed plumber for a vacant rehab project in Hamilton County/Cincinnati.

Most plumbing rough-in is already completed. Need a licensed plumber to review existing open-wall work, identify any code corrections, make required fixes, pull permits if willing/able, test the system, and get the project through rough plumbing inspection and final plumbing final.

Property is vacant and accessible. Walls/ceilings are open around plumbing areas. Our crew handles access, demo, cleanup, drywall, patch-back, and general labor support.

Possible scope includes:

PVC DWV corrections

PEX supply corrections

Venting corrections

Fixture rough-in adjustments

Pipe support / cleanout corrections

Stack or tie-in corrections

Rough inspection coordination

Final plumbing inspection

Must be properly licensed/registered for Hamilton County and/or City of Cincinnati plumbing work and comfortable taking over rehab plumbing projects.
