LICENSED PLUMBER NEEDED – SIX STUDIO UNITS – LABOR ONLY

First Place Homes LLC is seeking an experienced, licensed plumbing contractor for residential studio development projects in Richmond, Virginia.

PROJECT 1:

Two new rear-addition studios and two studio conversions inside an existing trailer.

Trailer utility infrastructure is already installed to the underside of the trailer, but interior plumbing distribution and fixture connections remain to be completed.

PROJECT 2:

Two new studios being constructed in an existing courtyard on a concrete slab foundation.

Underground plumbing must be coordinated before the slab is poured.

ANTICIPATED SCOPE:

Evaluate existing water and sewer connections.

Install required water supply and drainage piping.

Provide proper drain, waste and vent connections.

Rough-in plumbing for studio bathrooms and kitchenettes.

Install shower, toilet, vanity and kitchenette connections.

Coordinate underground plumbing with the foundation contractor.

Complete testing and required inspections.

LABOR-ONLY BIDS REQUESTED.

FPH will purchase approved materials.

Contractors must be appropriately licensed and insured, provide their own tools, and be experienced in residential plumbing.
