Licensed plumber needed to make some money

Currently looking to open a plumbing shop. I’m looking for a licensed plumber to sit on as the responsible license holder for the company. 20% profit sharing on total net profits the company generates or a flat fee if you prefer. You don’t have to do anything on the field or in the office, No phone calls, NOTHING. All you need to do it be available for code compliance, I’ll send over all service work completed for your records, you get to approve work or not on bigger scopes of work ( anything permitted, sewer jobs, etc). I have 90% of backend ready to go live ( branding, website, citations, uniforms etc)
