Licensed Plumbers – Residential New Construction

Job Title: Master, Journeyman, or Tradesman Plumber – Residential New Construction

Location: Kerrville / Greater Hill Country, TX

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM)

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Tradesman, Journeyman or Master Plumber to lead and execute plumbing installations for high-end residential new construction projects across Kerrville and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install complete rough-in and trim-out plumbing systems for custom residential new construction
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings

• Install DWV piping, water distribution lines (PEX, copper, CPVC), gas piping, and water heaters
• Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, and other trades on job sites

• Ensure all installations comply with current local, state, and IPC/UPC plumbing codes
• Direct and mentor apprentice plumbers on proper installation techniques and safety standards

- Conduct standard pressure and leak tests prior to municipal inspections

Qualifications:

• License: Current Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential rough-in and new construction plumbing

• Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Skills: Strong blueprint reading, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in crawl spaces, attics, and active job site environments
