Licensed Residential HVAC Technician – Full-Time W-2

We are hiring an experienced, hands-on Residential HVAC Technician for a full-time W-2 position serving the Atlanta metro area.

This is a field position for someone who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. We are not looking for a salesperson, project manager, or commercial technician.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Complete preventive maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and control issues
• Document work and communicate clearly with the office
• Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle

Requirements:

• Current EPA Section 608 certification
• Georgia Conditioned Air license
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC field experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Must be seeking full-time employment—not subcontract work

Compensation:

• $80,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on licensing and experience
• Full-time W-2 employment
• Company vehicle and fuel
• Tools and phone provided or allowance available
• Paid time off and performance bonuses available
