Harborside Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for a licensed Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, values customer relationships, and wants to be part of a company that's building something special.

We aren't looking for someone who just punches a clock. We're looking for a professional who wants to help grow a premier home service company throughout the South Shore while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
Water heater replacements and installations
Fixture and piping installations
Plumbing remodel and renovation work
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system issues
Maintain code compliance and quality workmanship
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Represent the Harborside brand with honesty, professionalism, and integrity
Qualifications
Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
Residential plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Clean and valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable, organized, and motivated
