Licensed Texas HVAC Contractor

We’re looking for an experienced Texas Class A or Class B Licensed HVAC Contractor who wants to help build something exceptional. If you have decades of HVAC experience and would like to help build a first-class company without the daily physical demands, we’d like to visit with you.
***This opportunity is ideal for someone nearing retirement or already retired who still enjoys mentoring and leading a team.***

$90,000–$140,000 per year

What you’ll do:

Serve as our Responsible Licensed Contractor
Oversee code compliance and quality
Mentor technicians and estimators
Help establish operating procedures
Little to no service-call work if preferred
