Light Duty Truck Mechanic

Maintain fleet operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles as follows:
Keep vehicles available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotation and changes, and replacing filters.
Maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operators concerns: perform basic repairs such as brake pads, wiring issues; headlights and other items as needed. Work with repair vendors on other issues.
Maintain vehicle records by recording service and repairs.

Qualifications or Skills Required:

• Have experience in truck maintenance and light duty repairs
• Hold a verifiable, clean Arizona MVD license – AZ DOT card is required
• Able to lift 50 lbs. with no restrictions and work on their feet for the designated shift
• Possess and demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
