Lighting & Electrical Maintenance Technician SF & Surrounding Areas

We are a fast-growing company looking to add a skilled and dependable Lighting & Electrical Maintenance Technician to our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lighting and electrical maintenance, along with the ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with our clients. This position involves a significant amount of driving, so a clean driving record is required.

The schedule may vary and will occasionally require evening, nighttime, and weekend work.

Job Responsibilities

The Lighting & Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for responding to service requests and completing work in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing lighting and electrical issues

Troubleshooting and performing repairs
Completing service requests accurately and efficiently
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers
Providing accurate updates and information to the office/Project Manager
Maintaining a safe and professional work environment
Qualifications & Experience

Qualified candidates should have:

2–3 years of maintenance, electrical, lighting, or related field experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to accurately communicate job details and service needs to management
Experience with lamp and ballast replacement
Experience servicing emergency lighting fixtures
Knowledge of basic electrical systems
Experience with EMT conduit installation and pipe bending
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
A clean driving record and valid driver's license
