Lighting Retrofit Foreman - Travel Job Nationwide (Based in Pensacola)

We are currently seeking a Lighting Retrofit Foreman - Travel Job Nationwide (Based in Pensacola, FL)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead a traveling crew installing, retrofitting, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining LED lighting systems and lighting controls.
• Perform basic electrical work, including installation of junction boxes and cabling systems.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and scheduling directly with the client.
• Review completed installation work daily and confirm it meets IES quality standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports, crew hours, and weekly payroll submissions.
• Lead daily safety briefings and keep safety records current.
• Train new and current crew members.
• Report directly to the Project Manager and raise issues promptly.
• Perform physically demanding tasks for 8 to 10 hours per day, primarily on ladders or lift equipment.
• Complete project wrap-up and sign off on the required closeout paperwork.
• Must provide your own tools.

Qualifications and Skills:
Applicants should meet the following:

• 3 to 5 years of lighting technician or electrical experience.
• Foreman or supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools.
• Must be able to operate a scissor lift/boom lift.
• Company drivers need a valid driver’s license. Non-drivers need a state-issued ID.
• Must be willing to travel 6 to 10 weeks continuously (lodging provided).
• Must be able to pass background screening.
• Must have good communication skills, including with client personnel.
• Must have a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
