We are in the business of providing high-quality cleaning, detailing and maintaining boats throughout the greater Jacksonville / Ponte Vedra / St. Augustine areas and have been doing so for over 20 years. We have a large and established client base providing a steady source of work year around. We work in small groups of 2-4 team members, never alone, to ensure proper training, quality control, safety and professionalism. To succeed and progress with us like our other staff has in our mobile business, you will need reliable transportation, strong work ethic, good attention to detail, pride in your workmanship and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Great entry level position to develop your skills with unlimited room for growth. While prior compounding, detailing or other boat experience will earn a higher starting hourly rate, it is not required for the positions we seek to fill now as we will train you in the right way to do things!
