Live-In Building Superintendent (2BR Apartment Included) — 946-950 Hoe

Live-In Building Superintendent (2BR Apartment Included) — 946-950 Hoe Avenue, Bronx
Our building is seeking a full-time, live-in building superintendent with years of experience, for a residential building at 946-950 Hoe Avenue, Bronx, NY 10459

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, reliable problem-solver who is meticulous to the details and stays calm and effective under pressure. They communicate clearly across phone, text, and email with tenants and management, are comfortable with electrical and plumbing repairs, and are self-organized enough to juggle big projects and small fixes — tracking supply stock and keeping daily logs on a computer — without letting anything slip. They notice the small stuff before it becomes a big issue, hold the building to the highest standard, and keep it spotless, treating it like their own home. Fluency in English is a must.
