Live-In Property Caretaker / Shop Manager Assistant

We are looking for a clean, reliable, and trustworthy individual to live on-site at our office/shop facility.

What We Provide

Primary Responsibilities
Oversee the office/shop facility during evenings and weekends
Ensure employees and vehicles have returned safely each day
Lock gates, buildings, and secure the property at night
Monitor the facility and report any issues
Be present and available during evenings and weekends

This position is ideal for someone who has a daytime job and is available to return to the property around 6:00 PM each evening.

Compensation

Approximately $500 per week
Free housing and paid utilities

Individuals with experience in maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or general repairs may have the opportunity for additional hours and increased compensation.
