Live-in Superintendent

Live-in super needed with 2br apartment after 90 days. Quiet coop elevator building. Must have own tools. Must know plumbing and basic electrical. Full-time position and will be on-call. Will be responsible for cleanliness of building, monitoring boiler, and repairs (inside walls only). On-call position. Competitive weekly salary.
