About us: Here at L&M Ornamental Iron Co., we are a family owned and operated company that has been serving the greater Knoxville area for over 72 years. We manufacture/install custom wrought iron railing, fencing, spiral staircases, mailboxes and much more. We are a small company with a small crew, and we like to keep it that way. Job Description: We have multiple positions open and are seeking dedicated and skilled Welding Fabricator, installers and general laborers to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be the production of custom railings. While specific experience in ornamental iron fabrication is not required, candidates must possess essential welding and basic hand tool skills.

Perform welding tasks using MIG

Utilize hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and tape measures for fabrication tasks.
Assist in the preparation and finishing of custom railings.
Follow technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Welding Fabrication position must be proficient in welding techniques (MIG & Stick).
Experience with hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and tape measures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have valid driver's license for installer and welding positions
