Local Cabinet Shop Hiring - Millwork Installers

Are you a skilled craftsman or craftswoman with a passion for woodworking? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for turning raw materials into beautifully crafted cabinets, shelving, and countertops? Sierra Woodworks of Arizona, a local woodworking manufacturing facility, is now under new ownership and seeking dedicated individuals to join our team!

We are seeking a full-time, experienced carpenter familiar with cabinet, countertop, casework, and specialty installation. Looking for a team player who can work well independently, with other trades and general contractors on busy commercial job sites. We do have projects that are outside of Tucson and there are times when travel out of town will be required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years’ experience installing millwork on commercial projects
• Ability to travel out of town up to a week at a time
• Read blueprints
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks - lift up to 75 pounds and use team-lift whenever possible
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Able to pass a background check per requirements for certain jobs.
• Excellent driving record
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Full-time positions, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Forklift skills are a bonus but not required
