We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians to provide mobile locksmith and garage door services. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing the job correctly, and treat customers and their property with respect.

Positions involve traveling to customer locations, identifying service needs, and completing work professionally. Responsibilities will depend on the position and your training and experience.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to service calls and arrive on time.

Perform locksmith services, such as lockout assistance, rekeying, and lock repairs and replacements, as applicable to your role.
Inspect, maintain, repair, and install garage doors and openers, as applicable to your role.
Explain recommended services clearly and obtain customer approval before beginning work.
Follow procedures to verify authorization for locksmith services.
Communicate with the team about scheduling, job progress, and any issues.
Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
Keep tools organized, leave work areas clean, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have basic tools; assistance with obtaining tools is available if needed.
Dependable, punctual, and responsive to calls and messages.
Professional attitude and good customer-service skills.
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
Able to perform the physical tasks associated with the position.
Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work independently.

Experience and Training

Experience in locksmithing or garage door service is helpful. Related experience in maintenance, construction, installation, or mechanical repair is also valuable. Training is available for reliable candidates who are eager to learn.
