LOCKSMITH JOURNEYMAN (HIRING BONUS)

We are hiring an experienced Journeyman Locksmith for an immediate opening. One of our longtime employees is retiring. We are offering $30–$45/hour (depending on experience), a take-home company service van, and full medical/dental benefits.
Paid time off, 401 and profit sharing. Cell phone and uniforms and all tools provided.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional trade experience, proficiency in mechanical and electronic access control systems, and a clean background check.
Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial, residential, and automotive locking hardware.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and manage complex master key systems.
• Service electronic access controls, panic hardware, and door closers.
• Perform precision key cutting, re-pinning, and lock troubleshooting on site.
• Maintain accurate digital service records and parts inventory via mobile dispatch apps.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven field experience at a journey level.
• Strong working knowledge of hand tools, code-cutting machines, and bypass techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
