We are currently seeking a highly experienced Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in the precast concrete industry. This position requires someone who understands the fast-paced demands of construction logistics, transportation coordination, plant communication, and field delivery schedules.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to coordinate multiple moving parts while keeping communication clear between drivers, plant personnel, field crews, vendors, and management.

Precast experience is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics, dispatch, and delivery schedules for precast materials and equipment

Communicate with drivers, plant teams, project managers, and field supervisors to ensure timely deliveries

Track loads, delivery status, equipment movement, and schedule changes

Assist with route planning, load coordination, and delivery documentation

Maintain accurate records of shipments, driver assignments, tickets, and delivery paperwork

Communicate delays, issues, or changes quickly and professionally

Support coordination between production, transportation, and jobsite needs

Help ensure all logistics operations are efficient, organized, and compliant with company expectations

Work closely with management to improve scheduling, communication, and delivery flow

Requirements:

Must have previous logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination experience

Must have direct experience in the precast concrete industry

Strong understanding of construction logistics, material delivery, and jobsite coordination

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
