LOOKING FOR 2 GREAT PAINTING CREWS — Premium Metro Detroit Work

$40–$50+/Man-Hour Equivalent | Fast Pay | Professional Residential Projects

We're not looking for 20 painting crews.

We're looking for a couple of really good ones.

Paint to Life is a growing residential painting company serving Metro Detroit, and we're looking for established subcontractor crews interested in building a long-term relationship with us.

If you take pride in your work, run a clean jobsite, communicate well and know how to keep a crew productive, we'd like to talk.

In return, we're going to do our part.

YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CHASE US FOR WORK—or MONEY.

We handle the marketing.

We answer the leads.

We run the estimates.

We sell the projects.

We build the scopes.

We communicate with the client.

You focus on producing a great paint job.

Projects are priced by the job, but our goal is to build labor budgets where good crews can earn approximately $40–$50+ per man-hour equivalent.

Run an efficient project and beat the labor budget while maintaining our quality standards?

That's your upside.

We don't believe a good painter should make less money because they're good at their job.

AND WHEN THE JOB IS DONE?

We walk the completed project.

Everything is complete.

You get paid.

No waiting 30 days while we use your money to run our company.

WE KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO PAINT A HOUSE.

One of the biggest complaints we hear from subcontractors is getting handed a project that was underbid by somebody who doesn't understand painting.

We don't want that relationship.

Our projects are estimated around real production rates and actual painting experience. You'll receive organized scopes, project information, expectations and photos/videos when applicable before starting.

We're not promising that every project will be perfect.

Construction never seems to work that way.

But we are promising to communicate, treat you like a professional, and expect professionalism in return.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, you're an established 2–4 person painting crew that:

Carries General Liability and Workers' Compensation

Owns professional tools and equipment
Has reliable transportation
Can spray AND brush/roll
Understands proper residential prep
Keeps the client's home clean and organized
Communicates professionally
Shows up consistently
Produces work you're proud to put your name on
Wants consistent relationships instead of constantly hunting for the next job

Interior experience is important. Exterior experience is a major plus.

We're looking for partners, not the cheapest labor we can find.
