3. Recognition - We do our best to have a monthly meeting, and we have a MVP paint brush as we pick the best painter of each month and why we picked that individual
4. Organization - Our job packets contain complete paperwork, processes and
clear instructions. Most times we order paint/supplies in advance and have you ready to roll
with the tools you need.
5. Training - If you want to learn a new skill, we'll put you in a position to do it!
Do you have reliable transportation and a driver's license? Can you pass a background check?
6. Can you paint in a steady, productive manner?
7. Can you clock in once you get to the job and clock out with your phone?

What’s available -

Advanced Painter Position - to help with our crew leads. We require a couple years of painting experience. You would have to know how to properly prep the job site, paint it, and finish out the project. Cut straight lines, be clean, be a team player.
Pay is $20 - $25 depends on your skill set and experience and must pass our checklist of tests.
