Looking for a Foreman Level Carpenter

I am a licensed General Contractor who is looking to find essentially a right hand man that I can feed work to. Need someone who can take on projects from beginning to end ranging from small/large room remodels, New Deck Builds/Remodels, Basement Finishes/Remodels, New Home Additions, and New Home Construction Builds.
