Job & Pay Details

Hourly Pay: Starting at $38.50-$41 minimum with yearly raises (Based on Experience/Location)

Requirements
Active Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Journeyman Electrician license.
Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Legal authorization to work in the United States and residency within the relevant union jurisdiction.

Set up high-voltage wiring, three-phase power systems, transformers, generators, and large distribution panels.
Conduit Work: Run wiring through protective metal or PVC conduits instead of the plastic-sheathed cables used in homes.
Maintenance and Repairs: Troubleshoot complex electrical faults, fix broken equipment, and perform routine safety checks.
Code Compliance: Ensure all installations meet strict commercial building codes and OSHA safety standards.
Blueprint Reading: Read and execute complex architectural drawings, schematics, and technical plans.
Upgrades: Retrofit outdated lighting with energy-efficient LED arrays and support modern data networks or security alarms.
