Looking for a Jr. hvac tech who wants to perfect the trade

We are looking for a Jr. Tech who desires to be skillful enough to be a Senior tech.

Tech must NOT be afraid of a hot attic or being on a ladder. Installation skills are a huge plus.
If you have limited technical skills but are mechanically inclined, we may still be able to bring you aboard.
None of our guys are sent home early due to no work. We stay busy all year long !!!!

Must:

Be able to speak English. Bilingual is a huge plus.
have recent verifiable employment or recent graduate of trade school+++We will check references+++
Be able to work late as needed. If you have to be home early, this is not for you.
Be able to work one weekend per month.
Commit to possess all tools of the trade within 6 months.(vacuum pump, torches, leak
detector etc).
Be willing to do some home schooling on your own time. (I.e watch selected
you tube videos)
Have a valid driver's license

You will learn more in 6 months than most techs learn in 6 years.
