Looking for a lead carpenter

• Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience
• Must have, resume and current references
• Must have all your own tools and truck
• Must be bilingual
• Must have no baggage, outstanding warrants. Back due child support
• Must have positive attitude a can-do type of person
• Must be able to organize and run a productive jobsite
• Must be a working carpenter. Bags only come off when you’re running five or more guys
• Must be able to track and fill out paperwork, timecards, daily log, receipts
• Must have good commutation skills, return phone calls, text, and email
