Looking for a lead roofer Pay is $500 -$750 for a 4-6 hour repair

Looking for a lead roofer. I’m offering $500 -$750 to fix a 2×3 section at the end of a valley. This is probably where the leak is, and it likely needs ice and water shield. I want it repaired to match the existing roof.

Here’s what I want done:

1) Remove rotten wood and replace approximately 1–2 feet of damaged deck board.
2) Install ice and water shield and i believe there might be torch-down roofing that need to be complted
3) I want the ice and water shield wrapped down behng the gutter and onto the fasia. I remove the gutter and put it back.
4) Ensure all areas that are supposed to have wood and flashing are properly installed.
