Position Type: W2 Project Based, At-Will Employment

We get calls from homeowners looking for high quality work, so you must uphold a high standard of craftsmanship. If you're not passionate about what you do, please don't waste our time or yours. Work includes dry rot repair to homes and decks, converting windows to doors, installing sliding patio doors, building pergolas, retaining walls, fences, gates, and other carpentry work.

Applicant must:

• Take pride in work
• Be detail oriented
• Be capable from rough to finish
• Frame/install doors and finish (stucco experience a plus)
• Be able to cut and install stringers
• Be a professional on the job site
• Have a positive outlook in general
• Have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
• Be punctual and arrive on time everyday, ready to work
• Work with a sense of urgency and keep a helper busy
• Be able to carry 60 lb. bags of concrete and lumber
• Have experience building decks
• Have professional grade power tools, miter saw, table saw...
• Be able to read and interpret plans
• Prioritize offloading lumber/material upon arrival
• Be comfortable working on scaffolding and ladders
• Be drug free
