Looking for a skilled contractor/handyman/carpenter

We're looking for a skilled and experienced lead for a licensed/bonded handyman/renovation business. Our preference is to hire a licensed contractor...but the person does not have to be an expert in all areas...we are not looking for a licensed plumber, electrician, or engineer. We are looking for someone who:

• Has general carpentry skills and can address most handyman-type projects as they arise
• Has great customer service skills and an exceptional work ethic
• Can work independently, supervise others, get the job done (sometimes resorting to a plan 'B' or 'C'), and meet deadlines.
• Has reliable transportation and a good assortment of tools
• Understands and appreciates the financial constraints associated with business expansion efforts
• Can travel to job sites in King and Pierce Counties.
• Is willing to put in their best effort and do a little bit of everything (flooring, decking, roofing, demo, drywall, painting, landscaping, etc.). Note: we expect to hire subs and support workers for larger jobs, and these workers will be responsible to you. In essence, you will be the foreman.

Experience in the industry required.
Initial rate: $35/hour
