# Production Manager – Windows & Doors

**Ontario, CA | Full-Time | $70,000–$90,000 + Commission**

Design Windows & Doors is seeking a **Production Manager** to oversee installation crews, field operations, warehouse/inventory, fleet coordination, and residential window and door projects.

### Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule installation crews
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct job-site visits, inspections, and window/door measurements
• Resolve field and installation issues
• Coordinate materials, inventory, warehouse operations, and fleet
• Monitor labor efficiency, job costing, budgets, and production schedules
• Identify change-order and upgrade opportunities
• Coach and hold installation teams accountable
• Assist with installations and field services as needed

### Qualifications

• Experience in **window and door installation, residential construction, or production management**
• Experience managing installation crews and field operations
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and window/door installation
• Ability to accurately take and interpret measurements
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working hands-on in the field
• Valid driver's license

**This is a hands-on position for an experienced construction/installation leader—not an office-only management role.**
