Looking for Foreman & Carpenters

We are a construction company with opportunities for Carpenters to work on various interior & exterior projects. We are willing to hire in-house or sub the projects depending on the circumstances. We are looking for a foreman and 2 carpenters at least to fill the position.

Critical tasks and responsibilities include:

Must be able to read architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections and shop drawings.
Must be able to calculate material needed for construction.
Must be able to lead a team of up to 6 carpenters through the construction process.
Must be able to coordinate with subcontractors and manage project schedule.

Site foreman reports to the project managers in the office.

Must have OSHA 30-hour training and Supervisor Site Safety Training (SST) cards.
Must be able to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
Must speak fluent English and be a US citizen.
Spanish-speaking in addition to English, is a necessity!
