Job Duties:

Perform various tasks to ensure efficient painting operations:

• Lift and carry materials (ladders, paint, tools, etc.) to workstations.
• Tape and hang plastic to prepare workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas, eliminating possible hazards.
• Set up/clean up equipment and prepare work areas.
• Prepare walls/fixtures for painting and fill cracks/holes.
• Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors.
• Smooth surfaces, remove old paint, and fill nail holes, cracks, and joints for painting preparation.
• Remove fixtures, such as electric switch covers, before painting.
• Protect surfaces during painting with drop cloths and masking tape.
• Apply paint-using brushes, spray guns, or paint rollers.
• Perform tasks above ground level by erecting scaffolding or setting up ladders.
• Mixing/matching paint and other materials.
• Paint surfaces according to instructions/blueprints.
• Set-up/Use/Take-down spray rigs,
• Use of aerial lifts, scaffolds, swing stage.

Our company is looking for experienced painters and laborers. Experience includes working with stain and lacquer, mask and prep work, caulking, bondo, etc. Laborers do not need any experience.

Competitive wages paid depending on experience.

Must have reliable transportation. Work is mainly in the Truckee and Lake Tahoe area.

We are a very busy local painting company looking to add a few more crew members to our team. Experience in operating equipment such as boom lift, scissor jack. Masking, spraying and rolling is a must.Full time local work and travel, willing to travel to surroundings counties and out of state .Must have a driver's license , transportation ,good work ethic and work well with others.
