Looking for Horse training with Boarding 14yo Arabian

I have a beautiful Arabian I’m looking to have trained and boarded. He was rescued a few years ago and has been boarded since with little work done with him since.

Some history of at a min hauler trained as a youth but riding history ability not known. Was for years an emotional support for an older woman and after she passed care for this boy was spotty. He was purchased at an estate sale to prevent him going to auction.

Need relocation from central coast to Bay Area (peninsula) Redwood City/woodside area.

Not sure where will board ultimately hopefully at a private ranch once proven to be safe / rideable for a new but eager, athletic, and committed rider. Okay to be a moderate level rider but still reasonably safe and gentle with anyone on up top if that’s possible.

Would also like to know training style upfront, proposed plan in stages (to assess as quickly as possible if he won’t be suitable for riding for me), cost by stage.

Compensation is Market++ if able to stick to and achive an aggressive plan you propose . Im an ex SemiCon Sr. Executive Level manager so will not tolerate B.S. Im looking for an expert who is confident and capable.

Okay with aggressive training style if proven and effective.
