Looking for More Than Just Another Remodeling Construction Job?
Remodeling Carpenter
Description
Looking for More Than Just Another Construction Job?
Not every carpenter wants to run their own company.
Not every carpenter dreams of owning their own company or managing employees, chasing estimates, keeping the books organized or answering work calls late into the evening.
Some simply want to build great projects, work with a solid team, continue improving their craft, and create a stable future for themselves and their family.
If that's you, keep reading. If not that's ok, but you would be better suited elsewhere.
At Boxer Construction NW, we specialize in high-quality residential remodeling throughout Kitsap County and surrounding areas. From kitchens and bathrooms to additions, structural renovations, aging-in-place projects, and whole-home remodels, we help homeowners transform the spaces where they live their lives.
We're not looking for an apprentice.
We're not necessarily looking for a lead carpenter either.
We're looking for a professional remodel carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of something bigger than just another construction job.
Who We Are
Boxer Construction NW was built on a simple belief:
Construction should be professional. Clients deserve clear communication. Projects deserve proper planning. Craftsmanship still matters. AND employees deserve a company that invests in their future.
We're a veteran-owned home remodeling company with a dedicated project manager, office support, established systems, and a growing team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Our goal isn't to become the biggest remodeling company in Washington, Our goal is to continue building a company that clients trust and employees are proud to be part of for the long haul.
We believe the best projects are built by good people who care about their work, support one another, and are always looking to improve.

Maybe you're working for a builder right now and feeling stuck.
Maybe you're doing the same repetitive work every day.
