Requirements

• MUST PASS DRUG TEST INCLUDING RANDOM DRUG TESTS. MARIJUANA ACCEPTABLE.
• WILL DO A BACKGROUND CHECK.
• Skills (some of all) - Carpentry, Flooring, Interior painting, Drywall repair, Minor plumbing, Minor electrical, General repairs, Property make-readies
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Most of your own tools
