PAINTING SUBCONTRACTOR CREWS WANTED – NORTH AUSTIN

Rock Hill Painting is looking for experienced residential painting crews for ongoing interior and exterior repaint projects in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill.

We are looking for working crew owners or crew leaders who are actively involved in the jobs they accept. The primary crew leader must be onsite regularly, communicate with us in English, manage the crew, and be responsible for quality, scheduling, and corrections.

We are not looking for crews that are dropped off without active supervision.

Requirements:

• Established painting business with W-9
• $1M general liability insurance
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation
• Experienced and reliable crew
• Strong prep, workmanship, and jobsite cleanliness
• Ability to follow written scopes and product specifications
• Prompt completion of punch-list items and corrections

We provide clear scopes, agreed project pricing before work begins, prompt payment after satisfactory completion, and ongoing work for crews that consistently perform well.

This is subcontract work paid by the project, not hourly employment.
